Grade 10 Field Trip to Jakarta-Bandung January 8-10, 2011

First Day,

-Garuda Indonesia Training Center (GITC)

We go to Garuda Indonesia Training Center. Here, we learn so many things, not only us but the worker here. we see that they train pilots, stewardess, flight attendants,how to use the seat belt, performing the emergency escape whether it is from water or land.

-ACS

We go to ACS. Here,we learn how to procces the food before they serve the food to us. we see all the food and utensils for meals. when we go insede we must clean our hands before we touch anything inside and we must keep our hair up, so that will not be any hair inside the meal, as we can see ACS people really prioritize the hygiene and quality of the food.

-Bandung

After we visit GITC and ACS we going to Bandung. we go there by bus. I'm in second bus. after we arived to bandung, we go to Sambara Kebon Kawung for dinner, and after that we take a rest at Amaris Hotel. i shared my room with one of my bestfriends, Felicia Gomesz.

Second day,

-Museum KAA
we go to museum KAA to find out the conference of asia and africa,"Konferensi Asia Afrika" and we listen a speech from a person in the KAA museum that is explaining about the conference.

-Geological Museum

We go to the geological museum. we looking and learn at all the historical things like dinosaur fossils,different kinds of rock, and the geography things.

-C59

Now we at C59. we learn how C59 make their clothes. eventough it's cheap but they make their way to be a famous brand in Bandung. The price for their T-shirts are quite cheap, they are friendly, and creative

-Distro
we go to the distro to interview the owner or someone that is in charge in the distro.

-Rumah mode

after that we go te rumah mode. finnaly! we have so much fun! (girls). because we love shopping! not just only learn the geography and historical things. we search clothes that we like and the cheap one ofcourse!

and finally we get it! <3 :D

-Paris Van Java

what is Paris Van Java? yes! it's a mall, and its so big and we love it! we eat at pepperlunch and we go shopping again!

-Amaris Hotel

we go to hotel to sleep! :D

Third Day,

-Saung Udjo
In this place we we see the people perform traditional music performance of angklung. They are devoted to make the more people able to play along with the musicians. And we see the making of an angklung, it is from bamboo.
